- Employees’ Provident Fund & MP Act
- Explain the objective of the Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act and Pension Scheme and guide about its applicability and benefits.
- Preparation of EPF contribution and uploading it online and generate challan every month.
- Assisting the members to claim/transfer their Provident Fund accumulations
- Ensure retirement benefits as well as pension benefits to all eligible members on time
- Employees’ State Insurance Act
- Registration of Establishment under the ESI Act 1948.
- Preparation of ESI contribution and uploading it online and generate challan every month.
- Coordinate accident matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to ESI authorities.
- Make correspondence and liaison with ESI Regional office and Local Office.
- Ensure timely compliance and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.
- Payroll Management
- Receiving input data from client like Attendance, New Joinees, Resignee, Increment, Incentive, Advance, Loan etc. and process the same and generating payroll register.
- Preparation of department wise, cost centre wise salary sheet or as per the customer’s requirement.
- Preparation of arrear sheet, overtime calculation and Bonus calculations.
- Providing monthly Salary slip to employees.
- Preparing full and final settlement of employees.
- Providing monthly PF, ESI, Tax and Welfare Fund statement.
- Preparation MIS reports.
- Handling queries of the employees related to their salary, reimbursement, Tax related issues etc.
- Salary report for stop payment.
- Labour Laws
- Licensing and Registration under various labour laws.
- Documentation, Maintenance of records and Statutory Registers.
- Preparation and submission of Statutory Reports in time.
- Attend Statutory Inspections held by the Govt officials.
